Hi, I’m Zhijie (Jade) Cao.

I am a London-based filmmaker originally from China. With over seven years of immersive experience in cinema, my work is a continuous exploration of realism, female voices, and the nuances of burgeoning sexuality.

Coming from a cross-cultural background, I focus on stories that bridge the gap between East and West. In addition to my work as a Director, I am an active Assistant Director on set. This dual experience allows me to balance creative vision with practical execution. For me, filmmaking is all about finding the most authentic way to tell a story.
